Notice of Infringement – Claim

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material and sufficient information for us to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax.
  5. A statement confirming a good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization.
  6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to represent the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation in infringement notifications. All takedown notices should be sent via email for a prompt response.

We may disclose the identity of the complainant in any copyright infringement claim to the alleged offender. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you received a takedown notice and wish to contest it, you can submit a counter notification that includes:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake.
  4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

Repeat Infringer Policy
